thrifty kelle

I love thrift stores, consignment shops and reasonably priced antique stores. They rock. My favorite thing to shop for in thrift stores is old jewelry. I was in one of my favorite thrift stores looking for a lamp, when I drifted over to the jewelry counter. (This happens a lot to me). I’ve been loving the necklaces with the clustered bold flowers for awhile. But, I’ve been watching my pennies very closely, so I haven’t ┬ásplurged on one. So, I decided to make one. I found three inexpensive flower pendants and a necklace. Voila, a new necklace! See I told you, thrift stores rock.

How to Make a Cluster Necklace

Materials Needed:
1. necklace
2. flower pendants/pins (get however many you’d like)
3. hot glue gun

Directions: Arrange the pendants/pins on the necklace. Secure them with a hot glue gun. If you’re using a flower with a pin on the back, you may be able to just secure it to the necklace with the pin.
