When I found this little book in the bookstore, I demanded kindly asked the shop owner to check to see if there were others. And sure enough, there were. Baby Lit  books are classic literature books for toddlers. There are currently six Baby Lit books, including  Alice and Wonderland, Jane Eyre and Romeo and Juliet. What’s more is that they just launched a website full of prints, buttons, totes and even dolls. They even have a Mr. Darcy doll!

Out of the books, I added Pride and Prejudice to my collection of children’s book. As soon as I opened the book, I was smitten.

One of the things I love about this book is that author Jennifer Adams cleverly condensed the story into 22 pages that are each beautifully illustrated by Alison Oliver.

Lots of eye candy on each page. (I sat and tried to figure out which ball gown I would wear). Read more about the Baby Lit books here. Can’t wait for the new ones that are coming out soon!
