My friends over at Shannon Fabrics are kindly hosting a giveaway for an “Izzy” Cuddle Strip Throw Kit. Included in this kit are eleven approximately 5″ strips of assorted cuddle fabrics, as well as the instructions for making a cuddle strip throw. To enter, leave a comment. And if you really, really want to win this kit, tweet, facebook, or blog about the giveaway to get extra entries. (Just leave a separate comment letting me know what you’ve done). A random winner will be selected on Friday, July 28th at midnight.

This is so wonderful. I am so glad this type of fabric has been created. It is amazing that whoever is wrapped in it feel complete comfort and warmth. We have a few blankets in the house made of this for “big People” what a joy to be wrapped in it. Great job and yes, I would love to make a gift of love for someone in this fantastic fabric!

I’d love to try this. I use cuddle fabric alot and, truth be told, I think sewing with it is a royal pain in the ass. Maybe that’s just because it’s the cheap stuff from a certain chain store? So I’d live to try some designer cuddle and see if/how it’s different.
(But seriously, all these comments and I’m like the only one to admit how tough it is to sew these? Is it just me?!)
