Did you know you can add 7 years to your life just with a smile? My best friend was reading this article about smiling and it had some pretty interesting stuff. They looked at baseball cards and found that players that smiled the biggest in their pictures lived 3 years longer than the players that slightly smiled and 7 years longer than the players that didn’t smile at all.
And guess what else? They found that people that smiled even when they weren’t happy actually felt better when they smiled anyway. Turns out that smiling releases a hormone that makes you feel better.
