I have a SUPER quilt to share with you today! Laurie Matthews is the creative brain behind this quilt, featuring prints from my Super Kids line with coordinating prints from Remix. Plus, color splashes of Kona solids. It’s so bright and happy. Kinda makes you want to put your super hero cape on and place your hands on your hips in a “super hero stance” ready to come to the rescue. Not only did Laurie make an awesome quilt,  but she also scouted the perfect location to take pictures. Captain America agrees (see below). Best of all, Laurie has kindly put together a free tutorial, which you can find here. She’s also sharing with us all the details and background story that went into making this quilt on her blog. There’s also a girl’s version of this quilt, which I’ll share tomorrow . . . girls are super heros, too.
