A full, gathered dress with a peter pan collar and pockets, topped with a thin sweet bow belt, is perfection. And the Caroline Party Dress pattern is just that. It’s a classic dress that you and your little one will adore. (The dress is also available in an adult size!) We used my new apple fabric from my Back To School fabric collection for the dress.
